The majestic elk is the largest representative of deer, but it remains one of the most mysterious representatives of our fauna. Let's take a quick look at the life of these shy giants through our exhibition.

Weird ungulates with shovel antlers, large noses and stilted limbs inhabited our landscape until the 16th century and began to settle here in the second half of the 20th century.

Today it is again part of our landscape and its return is one of the current topics of Czech nature conservation and hunting. Yet few people have ever seen him in his natural habitat.
