Forestry Day celebrates the varied work of foresters and loggers. Forestry Day celebrates the varied work of foresters and loggers. On Saturday, October 7, a rich program is prepared for you, full of fun and learning for the whole family. You can look forward to the second year of the lumberjack skills competition, an exhibition of chainsaws, forestry mechanization in action, a screening of films with a forestry theme, an exhibition of photographs of exhibits from the NZM Ohrada forestry collection, a film projection, a lecture and for small and large stands with forestry pedagogy.
