Opening of the water tower at Hluboká Castle

As part of the accompanying program of the Vltava Relay in Hluboká, the repaired water tower on the hill in front of the castle facade will be opened for the first time on August 1. Water flows into the tower from the historic castle waterworks on the banks of the Vltava. It is a technical monument with a unique solution.

The guided tours will be led by Zdeněk Vaindl, who significantly participated in the restoration of the tower.

Tours start at the following times: 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00 and 15:00

Tours are free and advance reservations are not required.
