THE CITY PHOTO BANK IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

The City of Hluboká nad Vltavou provides these photographs free of charge for promotional purposes, both domestically and abroad.

You may download photographs from the Photo Bank free of charge, solely for promotional and non-commercial purposes, for publication both domestically and abroad. They may be downloaded in lower resolution without stating a reason, or obtained in their original resolution upon request (see the request form below). Non-commercial use is defined as publication in printed periodicals and in promotional materials not intended for sale (e.g., travel agency catalogs, promotional leaflets not for sale, non-commercial publications, or inclusion in an online travel agency catalog). In the periodical press (newspapers, magazines), individual photographs may be used only for news reporting purposes and to a reasonable extent. Journalists may also use the photographs to promote the South Bohemia region. In all other cases, use without the author's consent is considered a copyright infringement. Notice
If you wish to use the photographs for commercial purposes (e.g., in publications intended for sale), you must obtain the author's consent. Any infringement of the rights of the photo bank’s creator (as outlined below) will result in immediate legal action to remedy the situation. Compensation for damages incurred will also be claimed alongside such legal measures. Users are prohibited from the systematic or repeated use of individual photographs or collections thereof, as this conflicts with the legitimate interests of the database creator. Excessive use of the photo bank—whether involving individual photographs or collections—is prohibited, particularly for purposes that go beyond standard usage and infringe upon the creator's rights (e.g., creating a database of photographs sourced from this photo bank on a travel agency's website). Users are not authorized to use even small numbers of downloaded photographs in a manner that conflicts with the legitimate interests of the database creator (the Town of Hluboká nad Vltavou).

Use of the photo bank must not infringe upon the author's exclusive right to grant permission for use in any promotional materials, publications, or calendars intended for sale or commercial purposes.
