Regent Brewery in Třeboň

Curious how beer is brewed in Třeboň? The family-owned Bohemia Regent a.s. brewery offers tours where you can see the spaces where Třeboň beer is made and much more. Explore the unique Schwarzenberg architecture that houses the brewery and soak in the atmosphere of one of Central Europe’s oldest breweries.

During the approximately 70 minute tour you will visit the brewery’s most important operational areas. The tour begins at the brewery courtyard with a newly restored fountain that flows with beer on special occasions. You continue through the brewhouse and other technological facilities into the historic underground area walking through the brewery’s subterranean passages. Learn about all stages of beer production and the traditional Czech brewing process. The tour concludes with a visit to the lager tanks.

Tours can be arranged in English or German upon request. Visitors are advised that the cellars maintain a year round low temperature of around 6°C so appropriate clothing is recommended.
