In the last three years, Monika Žáková's work has reached the position of authentic analytical abstraction through the synthesis of previous concentrated work. The author sensitively works with the energy of the material, its physical essence and the subtle dynamics of the proportion of the picture plan. However, the essential element of her work is light, which is a certain co-creator of the whole. The pupil lets the light enter the work and model it. It gradually functions as a medium that is not only a fixed part of the physical form of the image, but also its content component, philosophical matter and a certain scale.
