The exhibition The return of large beasts in the NZM Ohrada is the completion of the free cycle of exhibitions from 2018-2020 on the topic of the reintroduction of large mammals to the Czech Republic. In previous years, visitors could learn about the issue of the return of large herbivores - bison and elk, this year it is the turn of four predators - wild cat, bear, lynx and wolf. With this exhibition, we want to bring the various relationships between humans and animals closer to the general public in basic outlines. In this way, we will give visitors an insight into the lives of these remarkable animals. In the exhibition, they will be able to view, among other things, exhibits of a wolf, a lynx, a bear, a wild cat, but also a common jackal, a little-known beast in our country, which is expanding to us from its original range in the Balkans.
