You can look forward to liver sausages (jitrnice), blood sausages (jelítka), dark pork soup (prdelačka), pork cracklings, apple-horseradish relish (vejmrda), boiled pork meat (ovar) with horseradish and Bezdrev bread, homemade Czech donuts (vdolky) and many other delicacies.
