The film directly follows the events frame Resident Evil: Retaliation. Alice (Milla Jovovich) is the only one survives crucial clash with the undead, who had to decide the fate of mankind. Now, Alice must return to where the whole disaster began - in the underground complex Hive in Raccoon City, Umbrella Corporation where the company builds up its forces and preparing a final assault against the last hrstkám of people who still managed to survive the apocalypse.
